We here at ORBE Canada, Inc. and ORBE Valve, Inc. are pleased to announce our name change to "ORBINOX" as of January 1^st 1999.

In 1989, the company was established, in Canada and in the U.S.A. as a distribution center for knife gate valves for the Pulp and Paper Industry in North America.  Over the last few years, we have diversified our products and expertise to service other industrial sectors such as mining, bulk material handling, chemical, and many others, with the help of our parent company ORBINOX.  Due to changes in technology and higher demands for specialized services from our customers, we have decided to change the company name as we expand to a new and bigger facility in Canada to better service our clientele.  The new premises, set for completion in August of 1999, will house our engineering and customer service departments together with manufacturing and assembly capabilities for some of the products needed to service the Canadian and U.S. markets.

Our U.S. facility in Mississippi will continue to provide the personalized service for which they have become known, and by which they have distinguished themselves from the competition, as well as to perform modifications to finished products, such as actuation and instrument installations according to our customers requirements.

Be assured that our mission, to be the premier industrial knife gate valve source, to be competitive and responsive in an ever-evolving market with personalized and professional service has not changed.  Understanding, meeting, and when possible, exceeding our customers requirements is still our primary objective!
